The Parents Circle-Bereaved Families Forum is one of the few joint Israeli-Palestinian organisations that the Israeli Ministry of Education allows to speak to Israeli high school students under its flagship Dialogue Meetings project.

Right-wing activists, including a Member of the Knesset, Itamar Ben Gvir, have been organising demonstrations, protests and attacks on PCFF bereaved members outside the schools where they are scheduled to speak – and, more recently, in the Knesset itself.

Protesters shout “revenge” and “death to terrorists” outside schools, creating fear and threats where bereaved Palestinians and Israelis are coming to speak alongside each other.

To learn what the bereaved families are coping with these attacks, come and hear from some of those who are directly involved. Israeli educator, Ofer Shorr, bereaved Palestinian facilitator, Mohammad Albaw, and PCFF co-Director Yuval Rahamim will discuss the attacks and how to resist them in a webinar at 7pm on 30th March 2022.

Chaired by Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg.
